The Women Forum of the Nigerian Bar Association was one of the special interest groups formally inaugurated on the 19th of December 2006 at the National Secretariat, Victoria Island, Lagos by the President, Olisa Agbakoba, SAN. The main terms of reference of the Women Forum is to articulate and put on programs to mainstream women issues.

This forum is expected to create a fellowship of women within the Nigerian Bar Association(NBA) and will provide opportunities for members to network with one another, and where appropriate and possible, to get together for meetings where members can meet and talk on subjects of mutual interest. There will be no membership fees payable for the time being.
